Class Description
In this Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors® (GCAAR) Sales Contract course, we will discuss the document’s details and how to properly implement it. We will go through each paragraph for a better understanding of its contents and discuss what should occur prior to the writing of an offer. Initialing, signatures and dates will be also covered.
Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.
