About
RealKey is a technology platform paid for and used by mortgage lenders and brokers to automate processing and underwriting. RealKey collects and reviews documents from all parties involved (lender, borrowers/consumers, and 3rd parties), inviting them to upload and chat in a centralized workspace to improve efficiency and get the right documents for each party the first time. RealKey securely and centrally stores all documents for simplified access by each party invited to meet each condition, keeping parties informed of the status of items pertinent to their role in the transaction. Once all files are collected, RealKey stacks documents, providing cover letters of calculations and additional items included to simplify review and approval of the transaction by underwriters and other parties with less effort. RealKey makes getting a mortgage simpler.
