MD CE: 3 hours required

Supervision is one of the largest responsibilities that gets placed on a broker, manager or team leader’s plate. We'll breakdown all the components that are needed to meet this managerial obligation; a discussion of teams, assistants, sales meetings, training sessions and the setting of policies and procedures will be covered. Learn shortcuts to supporting your staff in a manner that could will productivity and reduce possible liability.

This course is required for all MD Real Estate licensees who are brokers, managers and team leaders. Salespeople and associate brokers can take this class and earn 3 of the 4.5 hours of their Professional Enhancements requirement.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
